Welcome to My Astro City (the "App"), operated by My Astro City ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or our website at myastrocity.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

My Astro City is a mobile application that provides astrological relocation analysis, natal chart house calculations, and intent-driven city matching based on birth data entered by the user.

2. User Accounts & Local Storage

• No Account Creation: We do not require you to create a user account, password, or profile to use the App.
• Local Data Storage: All birth charts, calculations, and saved cities are stored 100% locally on your personal device using encrypted local application storage. Deleting or uninstalling the App will remove your locally stored app preferences.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers premium features accessible through flexible purchasing options. All transactions are securely processed through the Google Play Store and validated via RevenueCat.

A. Billing & Payment Processing

We do not directly collect, store, or process your credit card or financial information. All billing data is processed by the Google Play Store and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

B. Purchase Tiers

• Monthly Subscription: Unlocks full access to unlimited city relocation analysis and reports, billed recurringly once a month.
• Yearly Subscription: Unlocks full access to unlimited city relocation analysis and reports, billed recurringly once every 12 months at a discounted annual rate.
• Lifetime Purchase (One-Time): A non-recurring, one-time payment that grants permanent, unlimited access to all premium features without future subscription fees.

C. Auto-Renewal Terms for Subscriptions

• Automatic Renewal: Recurring subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Payment Charge: Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening the Google Play Store app → Tapping your Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Free Trials: If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited as soon as you purchase a subscription.

D. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable through us directly. Refund requests are governed strictly by the Google Play Store Refund Policy. To request a refund, please follow the refund workflow within the Google Play Store or visit Google Play Help.

4. Entertainment & Informational Disclaimer

For Entertainment & Educational Use Only: All content, planetary calculations, city recommendations, and insights generated by the App are provided strictly for entertainment, educational, and self-reflection purposes.

No Professional Advice: Astrological insights provided by the App do not constitute medical, legal, financial, real estate, or psychological advice. Any real-world decisions—including moving, traveling, or purchasing real estate—are made solely at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, branding, logos, graphics, UI designs, and text in the App remain the exclusive property of My Astro City. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or its code.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
